Especially graduates can ideally start their career in a fast growing sustainable industry in our company. By working with us, you are able to use your scientific knowledge and enlarge them with hands-on experiences in the real-world economy.

You can also start as a student assistant at ecoprog and already get to know the consultancy business during your studies.

ecoprog works on the highest professional and intellectual level. We also exercise these high standards when it comes to our employees: 

• University graduates take on responsibility at an early stage, but are not left alone by doing so.
• Overtime hours are avoided whenever possible – if one has to work longer, every hour is compensated.
• Travelling periods remain adequate, your main location will be our Cologne office.
• Entrants get a full salary – and are not paid inadequately as “trainees” or “associate consultants”.
• We do not offer unsalaried internships. Student assistants earn at least 10 Euros net per hour.
